Alice,
Hope you get her to that tertiary hospital soon. Addiction=taking pills to
get "high" when there is no need. HIGHLY unlikely. Dependance=body becomes
accustomed. Also not likely in the short term, but easily dealt with. That
girl needs a good neurologist-hope you can soon find one. Prayers are with
you..
