Hi Susan!

Yes, vitamin B12 is very helpful for regenerating the nerves. The reason
why some brands don't work as well as others is because they don't all have
the intrinsic factor, and without it the body cannot absorb the properties
of B12 so easily. Your Chiropractor probably eventually found a source for
intrinsic B12. My Osteopath has prescribed intrinsic B12 tablets for me and
they are definitely helping the numbness.
