A review of many of the articles in Gunny's post
reveal that the articles are really ancient. The
Metzenbaum citation came from 1987 Senate
hearings. Other research seems to have been
done between 1985 and 1989. I'm sure that
if there were any TRUE danger, someone
somewhere would have made posts more
recent and better publicized in the popular
press.
