Yes, Nutra-Sweet is known to cause neurological problems. As you might recall
when we discussed this before, some years ago I was drinking a lot of this
many years ago when it first came out on the market. I was having grand mal
seizures at the time and we, the neuro and myself could not figure out why.
One night my ex-husband was reading and article in Readers Digest and there it
was. Nutra-Sweet causes severe neurological symptoms and severe seizures in
epilepsy patients. I stopped drinking Crytsal Light (TM) and the Gran-Mals
completly stopped.
Barbara, since the first two postings today I have been searching for my old
Reader's Digest and can't yet find it. Might have been lost in the flood we
had 2 years ago. So I shot off a letter to their web site and requested any
and all past articles they have done on Nutra-Sweet. Asked them to please send
them to me via e-mail. Hopefully will hear something in the next couple days.
Surely will be anxious to post what I recieve.

I sent it over to my Aunt who has been diagnosed with MS approximately the
same time I was DXed with TM. I'm sure she will appreciate it as much as I

I for one have stayed far away from Nutra-Sweet for many years now and won't
be going back to it. It's a nuclear bomb for me!
