Hello and welcome -- so glad you found us! This list has been a blessing to me
many times over. I know exactly how you feel about the numbness coming back --
I used to almost go into a panic when it happened. I can kind of take it in
stride now, but part of me is still "on alert" til it subsides. It hasn't ever
gotten as bad as it was at onset, but it disturbs me that it comes back at
all.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I just lost my dad in Dec., and it is still
very fresh. But I don't think it would even compare to losing my husband -- he
is, among other things, my best friend, and I depend on him a lot. My heart
goes out to you.
