Hello Patricia and welcome. So glad you found us. A great group of people we
are with much information and of course the much needed support.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. It must be hard for you. Although I have not
lost a spouse I have lost my Father last year and can understand your feelings
somewhat. Please know we are here for you.
Yes, it is scary when you have flare-ups. Have you ever had more than one
onset? Some of us have and we can share with you our experiences. Once you
have gone what we have gone through at onset, and the flare-ups occur, it is
scary but might I suggest to look at it just as that, a flare-up or a bad day.
I think the worry brings on more stress and the stress brings on more symptoms
which of course will bring on more fear.
