Do you really have cold feet or because of
the cord damage does it just feel that way ???

I'm more cold generally than before TM. I used to be the person that was
always hotter than everyone else. I don't think my foot (the one that feels
cold) is colder than before, but with balance, gait problems, and such,
regular slippers or socks made walking in them hazardous, so that was my
problem there. However, my left hand, which was affected by TM, is colder than
my right one. That was one of the odd things I noticed early on when symptoms
were just beginning and I was trying to figure out what was going on -- I laid
my head on my arm on the counter and my arm against the counter felt
startlingly cold. I think I even looked
to see if there was anything on the counter. When I first started driving
again, I had to drive with my left hand under my right armpit because my hand
was so cold. Gloves for some reason just feel disturbing on that hand, as well
as rings or sleeves with cuffs -- one of those odd sensory things, I guess.
Even now, when it is cold out and the tap water is icy cold, it makes my left
hand stiffen and feel number almost instantly -- I have to remind myself to
let the water run a little til it gets warm before I wash my hands or
whatever.
