It is my opinion that you are talking about an immune
system gone awry. If all of these problems were present
just prior to tm his system must have been open for any
virus. I had a long history of steroid use for a skin problem
(10 years) and had a 3 week bout of pneumonia just prior
to onset of tm and my internist said he felt my immune
system was just ripe for the tm virus to get me.
