Hello all. It was a good boost for me to get so much feedback and a
good positive kick in the rump - of course I wouldn't feel it physically, but I
definitely got it mentally. THANKS!
After taking a 2 week hiatus from PT (how fast one week turned into two) I
begin anew tomarrow AM. Honestly, I am still not feeling mentally into
it. But I also know that I need it in order to have any hope. Does
anyone else ever feel like if you're heart isn't into it (meaning PT, but could
be anything), then you're probably not going to get much out of it? Well,
that's how I am right now. Any suggestions?
I really don't mean to be doubtful, but I guess that is where I am right
now. I just don't like it a whole lot and don't know how to change
it.
Uhhhhh!!! I am so frustrated. Maybe I'll go sit in the 38
degree weather here in Florida to cool off.
