I had to respond because I am sitting here in wool socks and goose-down
slippers and my feet are still cold! When I am at work I put an old sweater
over my feet (Guess I could break down and go to Wal-Mart for extra slippers)
adn they still freeze. I used to never be able to sleep with socks on but I
have had to for the last several months - even during our 100+ heat wave this
summer!
Soaking in warm (very) water before putting on my socks helps some. I've
always felt that lotion "keeps in heat" which may be all in my head but try
that under your socks, too. Sorry to hear that you have this problem.
Although comical to me at times it is a little bit uncomfortable, isn't it?
