I am receiving all sorts of mail about lumbar
puctures, etc.
My husband had a total of 14 lumbar punctures,
and he survived. This is the least of everybodys' problems.
The LP just assesses the cerebral spinl
fluid content of whatever they are testing for. Very important. Not a big deal
procedure. I have personally seen 5 done on my husband.
