Virginia. What part of VA. are you in? My daughter is a registered nurse at
Lynchburg General Hospital.
I contracted TM in October, 1996. From this
list, I've learned how fortunate I am to be one of the ones that was not
paralyzed. I have that annoying band of burning mixed with numbness around
my stomach and back, and down the right leg and both feet. But I thank the
Lord that I regained strength in my muscles. The second day in the hospital,
I lost all the strength and coordination of both of my hands, but they
recovered quickly. The doctor said I am lucky. I believe it was an answer to
the very serious praying done that day by me and others.
