<< Yes many of us have reported this problem and some have found that it goes
away after awhile. Isn't it fun????? to have the betty crocker oven used on
us?! When they first tried to do me we discovered how claustiphobic I am!

Welcome to our special little club! I love the description of the MRI as the
betty crocker oven! Very funny!! Like Joellen, I never knew I was
claustrophobic until my first trip in the "oven". After that, they gave me
valium and I was okay. On my second MRI the machine was malfunctioning and
they kept sliding me in, then sliding me out as they were working on it. I
must have made a dozen trips in and out that day. I thought I was going to
need some of my vertigo medicine before they were done. LOL
I started out with TM on Labor Day weekend of 1997. I was one of the lucky
ones and was never paralyzed or hospitalized. Then I was diagnosed with MS
this year. I am on Avonex injections (interferon) once a week and it is
definately helping my symptoms. Anyway, I must go and do my shot--Saturday
night is my big night! LOL
Welcome again, and I wish you a speedy recovery.
