On an off note - the weather was icy in San Antonio today so we left work
early. i thought I'd come home and clean house but crashed as soon as we got
home and slept for 4 hours! I was having leg cramps today (something new for
me) and the arm pains I have been having for a few weeks so evidently it got
to me! Cylert and 4 Dr. Peppers couldn't even help me today!

cig!!!)
