me un-constipated sometimes I smoke one of my mother-in-laws
cigarettes. That seems to trigger something.

The last part of your response reminded me when I was going to the grocery
store years ago for some TP, and asked my husband if he wanted anything while
I was there. He asked if I would get him some cigarettes, prune juice and a
newspaper. he was serious ... I said no!
