For me it is pretty much constipation. I will get times where I can't
go for about three days, then all of a sudden I will get this knife
in the stomach feeling (which I look forward to now), then I will need
to go right away. After three days I feel pretty bloated. ;)
However (I do not recommend this to anyone), to get
me un-constipated sometimes I smoke one of my mother-in-laws
cigarettes. That seems to trigger something.
