Its been awhile since I originally posted the questionnaire. Actually it was
August 10th. IĘve waited to post the results in hopes that I would receive
more responses.

4. Where are we:
We are in 23 States and South Africa, Australia, Canada, The Netherlands, Hong
Kong and England. Of course, the majority were in New York closely followed by
Washington, California and Texas. Also heard from Poughkeepsie.

5. The real purpose of the Questionnaire was to identify competent
physicians that could
be recommended to those who are currently suffering with those new symptoms and
fears as they experience the onset of Transverse Myelitis. A total of 47
physicians were identfied in the 23 States and foreign countries. The list is
being forwarded to Deanne, Jim and Sandy. It is nine pages in length and IĘll
be happy to forward a copy to anyone who completed the questionnaire.
6. The list of medications we take goes on forever. With the number of us
taking
Baclofen alone the drug company probably wonĘt want to support research
because of
the loss of revenue. <g> Some of the drugs listed were not prescribed
for TM but
were included in the submitted questionnaires. With all of the recent
discussion on
herbal product I did not include them. The drugs include:
