Hi,..on the bottle of Echinacea my husband takes there is a warning
about NOT to use it if you have an Autoimmune illness. I had done a
little research on Cat's Claw, and read it was good for inflammatory,
and GI problems. I never tried it only because I react adversely to too
many things natural and chemically, if I can't break something into 4ths
or 1/2's, then I don't try it. Most herbal meds. are in capsules.

Janie, what kind of DHEA do you take, and how much a day do you take.
My last blood work showed I was lower than I should be for my age in
Growth Hormone, so I wonder if the Dr. will supplement me? She seems to
think some of my weight gain could be because of it being low.
