Family practitioners and nurse practitioners of today do a good deal of this;
but we must remember those people who don't seek help until thedisease is well
established, and then want a magic bullet-pill-to correct it. Changing
lifestyle to repair or prevent disease is a lot harder than popping a pill....

Sam, who is getting the house picked up 'fore the in-laws come for Christmas
