Phil, I have been consulting with aguy in our town that is heavily into herbs, and he told me not to give Jake Echinacea as it stimulates the immune system, and it is not really that good for someone with an autoimmune disease, which is really what TM is.  I know, different things work for different people, but even with the most natural remedies we have to be careful.  Something to look into.  Jake takes Grapeseed extract, pinebark and red wine extract a multi-vitamin and a calcium plus D supplement.  Judi
