Hello Wim,
I use Cat's Claw daily in the 100mg caplet form. It's supposed to be
effective as an anti-inflammatory agent and energy booster.I believe it is
beneficial for our immune system. I also do Echinacea for the immune
system.I'm getting positive results from something and I think it may be
herbal and vitamin supplements along with a good exercise routine.Another herb
that I take is Ginkgo Biloba for mental alertness. It may promote circulation
to the brain and should not be used without a doctor's advice. Phil
