Hello All,
I have to say that I tend to agree with Jane on this one. I believe whole-
heartedly that what Doc and Phil are and where doing is and was a wonderful
idea, I myself did not intentionally *not* respond to Phil's request. I had
very good intentions, but my life took a course of it's own.
Phil's request came in at the exact same time that I could not even hold my
head up nor get more than an hour's sleep at night. I had a few conversations
with Phil as he had asked me when I was going to send this out to him. My
response to him was as important as I know this is, it will have to be on the
back burner for me right now, but that I will get to it. I'm not going to get
into all that has happened in that time from the first inital request and
now,
but let's just say I am a single mother to 3 children who is ill with more
than 1 serious illness and I do this all on my own. I am not complaining and
won't and is why I will not get into all that has gone on. My point? I know I
am not the only one who has distractions that take priority in life. As
important as this is, and am not belittling it in any way, you can catch my
bees with honey than with vinegar.
Yes, there are more than 200 members on this list, but how many are active?
In reality, if we can get the 1/3 to do as you request at least that is a
beginning, is it not? Perhaps if we all get to gether and have a round table
of sorts on how to make this more productive and organized, then we can get
more of what we want. I understand how frustrating this is. But to scold one
another without knowing what is going on in each others lives, or to be
accusatory, is counter productive.
