Hi Annie,

Maria is right. She did recommend the book and it's great. I found
it at the library and zipped through half of it in one day. I'll do
the other half tonight. The book isn't a pity-party book but it sure
validated the feelings I've had since becoming a TMer. That in itself
is a big relief.

FYI for you and others, I ordered the book from Amazon.com. I
believe the price was $10.59 plus S&H for the paperback edition. It's
in stock and can ship in 24 hours.

Take care of yourself and feel better soon!

Jane D.

Dear Annie,
No you do not need a Prozac. What you are feeling is REAL.
May I offer a terrific book for you to read. Am told it is in the
library
also. It is in soft cover, therefore not expensive to purchase.
Sick & Tired of Being Sick & Tired; Living With Invisible
Illnesses Authors;
Paul J. Donoghue & Mary Siegel. Pick it up and you will have all of
the
answers you are needing. I started with Don't Sweat the Small Stuff
and It Is
All Small Stuff, this next book I am telling you about just picks up
right
where Small Stuff leaves off. It was made for us. I recommended it to
Jane and
she has started it and says it is wonderful.
Hope it helps you with this. Sure it will.
