INSTRUCTIONS FOR INVITED DEMONSTRATION WEBSITE TESTERS

INTRODUCTION

Thank you very much for your willingness to participate in this service to
the spinal cord injured community and their family and friends. Giving of
your time and sharing your comments will make this site what it is intended
to be û a top rate source for the latest information, a source of fine
products at discount prices, and a foundation for raising funds for spinal
cord injury research.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The demonstration site is accessible using either a Mac or a PC.
Testing the site does require Netscape 3.0 or higher or Internet Explorer
3.0 or higher.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Enter the web site address www.spinewire.com into your browser (e.g.
Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.)
2. You will be prompted for a user name and password - USE THOSE PROVIDED
BELOW (each is case sensitive and requires you to enter the information
exactly.)
3. Upon accessing the home page, you will see the site information
categories listed on the left margin. Some articles are fully developed and
some are samples of the type of content that will appear in the full site.
Some areas are æunder constructionÆ but are included to give you an idea of
the full scope of the completed site. Feel free to surf throughout the
site.
4. When you have completed your exploration of the site, please click on any
of the links in the site that say ôSpineWire needs your help! Take the
survey, shape the futureö or enter the web site address
www.survey.spinewire.com into your browser and use the same password to
gain access to this survey site.
5. Please fill out the survey as completely as possible - it will take
approximately 20 minutes. Please recognize that the survey is completely
voluntary; all information is treated as strictly confidential and will not
be distributed or used for any purpose other than to evaluate reactions to
the SpineWire site.
6. It may be advisable to keep two browser windows open so that you can
review the survey as you surf the site.
