Hi Janie and All, I got the "mailer review" a few weeks ago.Very simple
questions that took about 5 minutes to fill out.I think if you're
younger,the longer form is sent.I'm 52;my son is 36 and on disability
due to mental illness.He got the longer form and needed doctor
confirmation of his inability to work.However,he did get a letter
quickly by return mail that his benefits will continue.I still haven't
heard anything.We were both lucky in the beginning and were given
benefits immediately without any hassle.Some people say this is because
the doctors filled out the paperwork the "right" way,whatever that
means. The best to all who are reviewed,and to those trying to get
benefits. Cheryl
