Jake was reading these messages with me and said that is exactly how he feels all the time, spasticity and tightness one day and burning and tingling the next...he has yet to try any meds....he says he will keep dealing with it and keep the meds out of it. It is a tricky thing, learning to ignore pain or other symptoms, but it can be done. That is how he is getting me to quit smoking...mind over matter. Judi
