I wonder about that too. I remember someone on the list saying that the
burning actually decreases if you go ahead with exercise. Since you think
that the new level of pain in your left knee might be related to something
that might have happened to actually injure it, I would be careful to give
it a few days without putting it to to much strain. The usual burning,
tingling, and pain we get from TM are more or less with us all the time. A
new condition like you are experiencing might call for a little caution
though.

I think I would go for the short term rental of a chair and not miss the
show!
