My name is costas and 28 days ago I was diagnosed with TM in T2-3 by MRI
scans. Onset of symptoms was gradual in a period of 17 days. Diagnosis
was made on the 7th day and I was on intravenous 1 gr per day solumedrol
for 5 days. Then I have been on 48 mg medrol per day taken orally.
Various tests conducted were found negative for cancer and MS as well as
pathogens and various viruses. My symptoms were sensational in both foot
(I felt swelling, nails, and could not sense vibrations) and tightness
in the anal, genital and trunk areas, while my fingers could not
cooperate and were disoriented. After 17 days symptoms in my foot
disappeared almost completely, and I can use my figures and palms in a
way. While improving in the right hand my left hand worsens a little and
I feel the trunk more tight and my arms weaker. Is this common?. I would
like to hear from you. As my Doc suspects a viral infection he says
that I may have gamma spherines. Does any one knows about this
medication? Should I take it right now or latter what are the risks with
that?.
God bless you all
Costas
