This is an article from the BBC Press, I found interesting since I was a
guinea pig with the para-step program that uses external stimulation
techniques that does essentially the same thing. It an't for the faint of
heart, it's like sticking your finger into a light socket for the amount of
stimulation required---but you get used to it LOL
