Congratulations Al that was a big day for you as it was for all of us
who had progress after a long wait. All waits are are long when yu want
so bad to see improvement. Keep watching there will more once it has
begun. The most important thing is don't give up hope and keep on
exersiceing. We are all pulling for you.
