re:handicapped plate/placard

Hi All, I live in Mass. and applied for my placard when I was still
in rehab.The doc from rehab did the paperwork.A few weeks later I got a
letter stating I had to turn in my license to get a placard.So being a
fool that's what I did.Then I had to get photo taken at
registry.Unfortunately,upon getting my license in Boston,the registry
declared me dead!!So it was a bit of a hassle to clear up.The reason I
had to turn in my license is the abysmal reflexes I had and have to this
day.Anyway,be careful when applying,your license may be pulled.Then you
will have to take a driver's test all over again to get it back. Cheryl
