My legs writhe when I sit or when I lie with
the legs out straight. I guess they tingle
and buzz as well, but the writhing keeps my
attention.
This was not a problem the first year. It
started about the time I started extreme
exercise, and it has been/is getting worse
recently.
I initially took Baclofen, but at 30 mg/day
Baclofen put me into clinical depression.
For a short time I was on Neurontin without
any noticable effect. Now I take Zanaflex
at 20 mg/day. It isn't completely effective,
but when I skip a single pill, I get punished
significantly, so it must be working.

Not me.
Alton, who wonders if anyone takes more than
6 x 4 mg/day of Zanaflex?
