Hi Barbara, Apparently the drug companies spend small fortunes on
developing and testing new drugs.I saw that a long time ago on some news
report.At first the drugs are only available as a "brand" name,once they
go generic the costs go down considerably.Still,the people that need
them can't afford them if they are disabled and unable to work.My son is
on a med that costs over $300 a month and he gets $703 a month in SS
disability.Thank God for programs that help low income people.Anyhow
that's my 2 cents worth.Have a happy Thanksgiving. Cheryl
