I am curious. The insurance you are on, does it pay for your supplements? As they
can be be very costly. Are you taking your supplements under the supervision of a
nutritionist? I am concerned that you are taking St Johns Wort with Kava Kava
(usually a no no).
You sound very grown up for 18. Keep up your positive attitude.
