Hi Laura.... When my b/p is down... I don't find myself short of breath
..Usually I am just very wiped out and tired....not knowing why...First I try
sugar... cause I tend to be a bit hypoglycemic.. If that doesn't work....then
I try salt.....it usually isn't until I take my b/p until I know why I feel so
darn pooped...

Don't usually feel "panic-EE" as I tend to try to find 'healthy' ways to
relax myself throughout my days/experiences, etc.

As for the buzzy legs... I just try to keep them warm... and stretched...I
don't take drugs except for anti-inflammatories for this... Seems to help
somewhat...
Believe me.. I hate to take drugs... they sure can't help my kidneys...and I
have been on more than my fair share.. So I have turned to herbal
remedies...etc...as long as the docs approve.
