<< Hi everyone, Don here,
I've been a desk-jockey for the last 22 years, but it sure is different with
TM. After I've had my legs under the desk for more than 30 minutes , I have
to stand up carefully and really s-t-r-e-t-c-h them out before I can walk
without looking like I'm 90 years old (I'm 52). The muscles just seem to
tighten up and get heavy, and the burning feet and legs add to the problem.
By the time the day is over, there's not much strength left in the legs,
just fatigue, soreness, and really sensitive skin.
Don, who is getting the same feeling from being at the computer too long.
(Thanks, Maria) >>
Don,
Yep, get the same way after being at the puter for about 5 minutes. I squirm
like a worm and am constantly s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g myself out too. Just the
residuals of this blasted TM, as Gunny would say. It is annoying. But I am
just grateful that I can walk these days.
Before TM, I really don't remember if I had these problems at all, but now
that I have these residual affects, it seems as though I tend to build up a
tolerance.
Maria in Tonawanda who just copied from Don!
