I've been a desk-jockey for the last 22 years, but it sure is different with
TM. After I've had my legs under the desk for more than 30 minutes , I have
to stand up carefully and really s-t-r-e-t-c-h them out before I can walk
without looking like I'm 90 years old (I'm 52). The muscles just seem to
tighten up and get heavy, and the burning feet and legs add to the problem.
By the time the day is over, there's not much strength left in the legs,
just fatigue, soreness, and really sensitive skin.
Don, who is getting the same feeling from being at the computer too long.
(Thanks, Maria)
