About 13 years ago I had gallbladder surgery -- the old-fashioned kind, not
the new laparoscopic (sp?) kind. This was 10 years before TM. The pre-op lab
work was done in the same place they prepare people for surgery, and I kind of
felt skittish about seeing those people on gurneys being wheeled down the hall
to the great unknown...and my blood pressure was something like 80 over 50.
The nurse said, "Is this normal for you?" ...Uh, no... I think it was also
low just prior to surgery. I did wonder about it, but no one seemed worried
about it. (How trusting we are when under medication....)
This was all long before TM, so in my case I don't think it was related, but
it may be in yours.
Someone did one time tell me they got cold more easily due to low blood
pressure; if that is accurate, I wonder if that could be a connection to the
out-of-whack thermostat?
