Wow... could that feeling be like little tiny bugs crawling around in your
legs... ?? UGH!! ...Along with a remarkable feeling of buzzing up and down
the legs...?? The last few days it has been sooo cold here.. Well ok.. cold
for So. Cal... But COLD for me...[LOL!!!] and my legs have been acting very
strange the past few days... I have resorted to taking extra prednisone to
lower the potential problems... and upped the antinflammatories....and even
pulled out my walker...

YEP... the cold always bothers my muscles...and I have particularly bad
problems when going from cold to hot.. and back... my body doesn't seem to
handle that type of change well.. In order to keep my legs--I have to try to
maintain temperatures around 75 degrees..Pretty hard to do in the fall and
winter....ŸÀŸ
