Does anyone else suffer from cold sensitivity? I've heard about heat
bothering some, but I'm beginning to get REALLY uncomfortable with the
cold weather setting in. And that seems a bit odd to me since it
didn't seem to bother me much last year (first winter with TM). The
cold makes my spine ache and sometimes makes my my legs and feet, not
ache precisely, but uncomfortable. Which brings me to the second
question. . .
I always assumed that pain was one of the more immediate symptoms of
TM, that if you didn't have it, it wasn't going to come. When I was
diagnosed a year ago (5 months after onset of symptoms), I didn't have
pain - just numbness and buzzy/tingle. In the last 3 or 4 months,
I've been aware of an increasing number of episodes of pain as
described above. The cold seems to be the frosting on the cake. Is
this a normal sequence of events, or am I just bass ackwards?
As always, thanks so much.
