Hi Jane, Maria here. Can only say what my GP advises me to do and that is
anyone with neuroligical disorders or problems he advises against it. My
personal feelings on flu shots are these. Myself and my children all had them
ONCE and we were never so sick before with flu's, colds, and infections for 3
years running. So even if it was advised that I do, I wouldn't.
Good Luck,
Maria in Tonawanda who wishes for Indian Summer!

I have a question. . .is it advisable for a TMer to get a flu shot
every year or avoid it?

Am confused!

Liz,
I have wondered if flu shots had any correlation to TM. I have
read
several comments from the list. I get a flu shot every year and
have
not experienced any negative side effects. Just wondering how many
of
the list had received fly shots within 6 to 8 weeks before TM?
Larry in the "Indian Summer of Oklahoma" Its really beautiful!
