I don't think I have slept a full 8 non-drug induced hours in 24 years,
my bladder is timed to go every 60-90 min. whether it is day or night.
It goes when its ready! So I had better be prepared. I have gotten so,
that when I get up or use the urinal I can go right back to sleep. But
considering that happens sometimes 3 or 4 times per night, it is no
wonder I suffer from fatique. I know several other people with SCI and
have regained some bladder control that have the same problem, so it is
not just with TM I have to plan to get plenty of sleep and work around
my bodies schedule. Just my 2 cents worth.
Larry in it was a glorious day in Oklahoma
