Zicong-

Hi and sorry to hear about your mother. She needs to exercise to improve
her strength. Ask Gunny about his bands. Also swimming or water aerobics
is an excellent way to work on all the muscles without injuring yourself.
Keep encouraging her and she will probably continue to improve but it's very
slow.
