Thanks for the clarification. I do get weight immediately through the foot,
by shifting my weight posteriorly. I am currently strengthening the
plantarflexors, anterior tibialis, peroneus longus and brevis. The Extensor
Hallucis works overtime, so it is not being addressed. I am also working a
lot on my quads, hamstrings, adductors, glut medius and maximus. When I am
tired, my adductors spasm, and I have to alter what I am doing to make sure
that I do not illicit any more spasticity. I have started doing Tai Chi
movements in the pool, and I must say that my legs haven't felt this good in 6
weeks! I have also been able to reduce my Baclofen dosage, so something must
be working. Thanks for the clarification for the group, Gunny! LZ
