I hadn't heard that -- that's neat. I did just want to underscore the need to
listen to our bodies and sleep when and however much we need to. I used to
sleep 5-6 hrs. a night and think I was being a wimp if I wanted to take a nap
in the day time. Not anymore!!! Seems like I'm seeing more and more articles
on the negative effects lack of sleep can have on health in general. I don't
know why we think it is noble to push ourselves beyond healthy limits. Maybe
we think of sleeping as wasted time -- but we need to think of it as giving
our bodies a chance to recuperate and recharge, especially if the above is
right.
