group numbers close to 200 people.
Stress disturbs a person's healthy mental and physical well-being.The body
responds to stress by increasing the production of certain hormones,such as
cortisol and epinephrine, resulting in some physical changes in the body
functioning capabilities. Stress in some cases,can trigger tm and act as a
major contributing factor in our contracting of tm. You are correct,stress is
not a "stand alone"cause.
Trauma also is not a "stand alone"cause,but there is overwhelming evidence
to point to it as contributing factor in some tm cases.

Why would anyone want it? :-) Alternative medicine,vitamin supplements,bee-
sting therapy,bio-feedback therapy,reflexology and interferon drugs are being
used in treatment of MS and with some limited success.
The English language may seem "heavy" to non-English speakers.But the other
languages seem very "heavy" to some of us.
