Yes!!!! I'm often asking my children to speak more softly and asking them to
turn the TV, etc., down. I don't feel the vibrating sensation in my spine that
you describe, but loud unexpected sounds really jar me. It os worse sometimes
than others. I've also had ringing in my ears since TM -- just assumed the
whole thing was nerve-related.
