Hello Bonnie, hope all is going a little better now, you will find plenty of
support here. I have found most important, keep strongly focused on what
you want to achieve, never give up, don't worry about any re-occurrence as
it may never happen, work and exercise hard when you can and when you think
you cant go on, well just rest a while and try again and most important,
never lose sight of your own big picture. Stick with it. you'll be ok.
