Deanne:

The reason I made the inquiry is due to the fact that some motels-hotels
advertise and say they are accessible, but they really are not. Is anyone
going to check out the rooms that are available and maybe class them or
categorize them for quads with bed lifts, roll in showers, dining, hand rails,
tub chairs, bed spacing, etc.:

I have traveled somewhat, and find that many say they are accessible, but in
reality, they are not.

I do not know how many in chairs are planning on attending and what their
particular needs are going to be, but we might get a preliminary indication
from prospective attendees and their special needs, if any, and some evaluate
the rooms with their needs in mind. The attendees should know their
respective needs such as bed lifts or shower lifts that require more room and
under bed space. Historically, the motel/hotel managers/operators are not
very informed in these matters.
