Bonnie,

You have come a long way. Congratulations on the
recovery that you have achieved! To be back to work
as a teacher is marvelous and then to add two little
ones at home is amazing! You should be tired just
from the above without the added fatigue that comes
with tm. I'm tm since April, '96 and fatigue still is a big
part of my life and I don't have anyone to care for but
the hubby and the dogs!LOL (I also have a few years
on you--I retired from teaching at 51 after 30 years)

I would like to preach to you a minute--Quit worrying
about the possibility of a recurrence!!! You are wasting
energy worrying! None of us control whether tm hits us
once or again and the negative that you are putting on
yourself by worrying is not doing anybody any good!!
A positive outlook goes a long way toward a healthier
attitude and attitude is most important! You are one
of the lucky ones to have as much recovery as you have
gained--don't waste it worrying about that which you have
no control over.

I've said enough!! I hope you got my drift!?! JanH
